On mine and Coltons egg drop project for science class we made a very simple but complex plan. We built a 3 by 3 box made out of ice cream sticks. Then when we were finished with the frame of the box we glued cotton on the inside of the box which made the cusion that took the recoil of the fall and kept the egg from breaking. Then finnaly we added a parrachute (trash bag) which would let the basket down easy. We had two invintions this was the second of the two. The first one was to complicated and wouldn't have worked as well which is why we had to change designs. When we were finished the project had looked like a wery small hot air ballon.

What I Learned on the Trip

I learned that the ride up there was the worst ride i have ever taken. It was also the longest. I learned that the channel was home to some of the largest sharks in the world. I learned that one of the sharks that like to feed on the bottom of the channel is called the bull shark. I learned that it is possible to become sea sick. I learned the anatomy of the squid witch was very discusting.

What I Am Looking Forward To!!!

I am looking forward to going to the beach. I havn't been to the beach there in like forever. This trip is going to be so exciting. Can't wait.

Should public places be filmed

I do think that they should just in case someone is trying to mug somone else like an old lady. Or, if someone is taking an atm machine or something like that.

The Holocaust

The Holocaust, a disgusting, horrible, time in our history. The Jews were treated very unfair like. The Nazis were very evil people. They thought that the Jews were just some kind of testing animal like arat or something. If I were a Jew in this period of time I would've pulled out a tommy gun and shot the Nazis. I would not go down with out a fight.

My class is about to read abook called "Call of the Wild" by Jack London. Jack London is not your average person. He had to start work at the age of eight. He worked as all kinds of things including someone who put up bowling pins, and he also worded on ships. After his house burnt down he got really depressed. After a while he couldn't handle the emotional pain, so he killed himself.

Iditarod

The Iditarod, a race of toughness and will. It is an amazing race that is 1100 miles. This race is really tough. Some people say that it is thetoughest race in the world. I think that it takes a lot of guts. This race is very very long. My favorite musher was jeff King.

I just think he is very competitive thats what makes him a good musher he dosn't like to lose.

Vacation

When I go on vacation i like to go scoobadiving and skiing. The best vacation i ever had was going to colorado and we snowboarded and skied it was awesome.
